Kartis Qatar just released an acoustic version of “Rasgueo” and it’s a really nice listen from start to finish. It doesn’t try to be big or loud, it just sits in its own space and lets you feel it. We liked that straight away.
The atmosphere is a bit haunting, a bit dreamy and it kind of pulls you into their world slowly. Even though it’s an acoustic version, the track never sounds or feels empty. There are loads of small details in the background, soft layers and textures that keep things alive. It’s simple, but not plain at all.
The melodies are very smooth and easy to follow, but still emotional. The vocals fit perfectly with the mood. They’re honest and calm. You can feel the meaning behind it, especially with the theme of confusion and drifting between reality and illusion. It gives the track a slightly surreal feeling, like you’re floating through it.
The production is solid and everything sounds clean and well balanced. The mix of acoustic and light electronic elements works really well. Nothing clashes and everything has a place. It’s carefully made without sounding too polished. One of our favourite moments is the ending. The piano solo comes in stronger in the last part and really lifts the whole track. It adds depth and emotion, and honestly, it’s a bit of a standout moment. It leaves a strong impression.
This is a beautiful piece of music. It’s calm, detailed, and full of feeling. We really enjoyed it and will definitely come back to it again.
