If you’re into your Indie Rock and Alternative – then we have good news for you! Faithless Town shared with us their new album, “Into The Light Vol. 1,” and it’s an amazing experience from start to finish. You will get stuck on constant repeat for days!
Important work is going on around the world all the time, but this project is different and has moved us beyond words. It always amazes us how powerful music can be and this album illustrates this just perfectly. The instrumentals on this project are outstanding and the lyrics are original, well written and mesh perfectly with the vocal melodies. You may find yourself singing their choruses out loud by the next morning. The production is polished and the energy behind this album is incredible. This band delivers an amazing style of music, reflective of their creative sound and diverse art form. Their skills are impressive and their music is unique and deserves to be heard by all people around the world.
There’s a little bit of everything on this album and It’s certainly refreshing to hear a band with an activist aim to their music, especially within genres like Indie Rock and Alternative. OUR FAVORITE TRACK OF THE ALBUM:
The minute we heard “Do Not Comply,” we fell in love with it and couldn’t get it out of our heads. The vocals are beautiful and the melody and vibe are catchy. The lyrics are well written and the guitars and drums are amazing. This track is one of the best records we’ve heard in months and deserves more attention. We hope you love it as much as we do!
ABOUT THE BAND:
Faithless Town is an original rock band based in Atlanta, GA. Funded by fans through a successful Kickstarter campaign, their first full-length album, American Refugee (2012) featured the single “Ghosts Of My Hometown” which received FM radio play throughout the American Southeast. Their sophomore album, EMPIRES, featuring the singles “California Come Home” & “New World Order” was released by Spectra Records in 2020.
Faithless Town’s new record, Into The Light Vol.1, is the first part of a new, two-part album both of which will be released in 2022. When played together the E.P.s will comprise sides A and B of a full-length album. Into The Light Vol. 1 was released April 29th. Vol. 2 will be released in the fall of 2022. The album is available now wherever digital music is sold and streamed.
Faithless Town has played some of the most famous stages in the country, including The Whisky a Go Go and The Viper Room. They have also supported such acts as Chris Knight, Graham Colton, and Jake Clemons of Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band.
