Matt DeAngelis – Livin’ It

Matt DeAngelis is back with a new single and video, “Livin’ It”, and it’s like a strong step forward for him. From the first moments, the song pulls you in. It’s smooth and clearly made by someone who knows how to sit comfortably in his own sound.

Matt’s voice is powerful, but not in an over-the-top way. It’s just rich, warm, and controlled. He moves easily across the melody, and you can hear that range working naturally instead of being forced. The instrumental gives him space, which helps his vocals shine even more. Everything feels balanced and nothing is fighting for attention.

There’s also a lot of emotion packed into this song. The melodies stick with you after it ends, and his vocal tone carries a strong sense of presence throughout the song. It feels honest. Like he means every line he sings. That kind of delivery makes a big difference.

This is a really enjoyable listen. Matt DeAngelis sounds unique and ready for more ears on his music. We think “Livin’ It” deserves a spot on a lot of playlists, and our takeaway is simple: this is an artist worth keeping an eye on!

ABOUT THE ARTIST:

I’m Matt DeAngelis, a singer/songwriter from Southern New Jersey, USA. I have been honing my craft as a songwriter since age 8 with the ultimate goal of spreading a positive outlook in a world that can be riddled with strife and negativity. Having been diagnosed with an OCD/anxiety disorder from my youth, I have internalized the time sensitive world around me and have learned through my strong faith to take a negative and turn it into a positive, which has been a guiding force in my development as a songwriter. My advocacy for climate change and mental health have been a passion since my youth and I have loved weather for as long as I can remember. Over recent years, I have also become a storm chaser to spread awareness of the changing climate that has become a serious issue in the preservation of our planet.
