Creative and experienced artist Mark Docherty landed on our radar recently with his latest release, “Saying Goodbye,” and we are super excited to review and share it with the world. The track is a great experience from start to finish and it seems we can’t get enough of it, we think we’ve listened to it 100 times just this morning.
We love this artist’s style, and his music is quite possibly our favorite genre to cover on the blog. The track is packed with energy, and it’s really some good stuff to listen to all day long. The instruments are amazing, and the lyrics are meaningful and well-written. The chorus is outstanding and will get stuck in your head in no time. You may find yourself singing it out loud by the next morning. The production of this track is solid, and the atmosphere is unique. It’s one of the best tracks we’ve heard in months and deserves to be heard by all people around the world. Check it out for yourself and be sure to let us know what you think. ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Hailing from Barrow In Furness, Cumbria Mark Docherty has been writing music since the age of 11. Influenced by David Bowie Jack White and Prince he brings together these eclectic influences to create a unique sound all of his own.
Having started in Barrow playing in various classic rock bands Mark moved to Brighton to study music in 2011. Here he formed Team New Band , a fun party rock band reminiscent of The Talking Heads after a brief dodgy record deal TNB disbanded and the remaining members formed Hari Debi a much darker, riff based band influenced heavily by The Dead Weather and Led Zeppelin, in 2022 Hari Debi was no more and Mark decided to go it alone with his first solo album Reckless Abandon which is due out later this year.
