Le Concorde’s wonderful song “Memorare” feels like a warm wave of nostalgia wrapped in modern polish. It’s one of those songs that instantly makes you slow down and just listen. The melodies are tender but bright and the vocals sit perfectly in the mix, expressive without ever trying too hard. There’s something very raw about the way everything flows, from the soft rhythm to the layered harmonies that fill the space around you.
Stephen Becker’s songwriting really shines here. You can tell he pays attention to every detail and the way the instruments move together, how each sound complements the mood. The production, handled by Calum Malcolm is smooth and balanced, giving the song that clean, timeless feel that Le Concorde is known for. This song doesn’t rush you, it just pulls you in slowly and wraps you in emotion and melody until you’re completely lost in it. It’s smart without being overdone and heartfelt without being heavy.
We honestly loved everything about this song, the sound, the feeling and the craft behind it. Le Concorde keeps delivering music that feels honest and passionate, and this song might just be one of our favorites so far. It’s the kind of track we could play on repeat and never get tired of.
