Joyride – Cruise Control

Joyride’s new single, “Cruise Control” is a smooth and sun-soaked indie rock track that captures the magic of a carefree summer. From the moment the reverb-heavy guitars kick in, you’re transported into a world that feels like driving down the coast with your windows down and your heart wide open.

Recorded in their DIY home studio in Boston, the band blends the chill energy of classic surf rock with a modern indie twist. The production is clean and polished, letting each part of the song breathe. The bouncy rhythm section keeps things moving while the dreamy guitars and catchy melodies hook you in instantly.

The song speaks to that fleeting, perfect kind of summer love that might not last forever but feels just right in the moment. The vocals are easy on the ears and the lyrics have a subtle beauty that makes you want to hit repeat. Everything about this track works, the atmosphere, the melodies and the way the instruments support the vocals, it all just clicks.

We definitely love this band’s energy. “Cruise Control” is well made and really shows their talent. It’s the kind of song we’d play on a lazy Sunday or while watching the sun set. Definitely a track that makes you feel good and free. Don’t skip this one.
