Galway-based band In Athens have stepped into the scene with their debut single “Or Anything”, released through Blowtorch Records and it’s a track that immediately stands out. From the first note, the song builds a haunting and atmospheric world, one that feels both dark and beautiful at the same time.
The production here is polished and carefully crafted with every instrument given space to shine. The guitars are powerful and textured, carrying a mix of post-punk sharpness and shoegaze warmth. The bassline drives the song forward with depth, while the drums keep everything hypnotic and steady.
