Very rarely do we cover instrumentals on Bored City, but Hotboxx really grabbed our attention with his outstanding track, “Hialeah.”
This track is different and deserves more attention. It’s unique, catchy and perfect for a good set of headphones. We listened to this track several times, and we still can’t find the right words to describe it. From the vibe to the melody, you can tell that Hotboxx’s musical style comes from a genuine place. Something we always look for when discovering a new artist. Hotboxx is a talented artist and his musical skills are impressive. His music is different and deserves to be heard by all people around the world. The track is a great experience from start to finish and one of the best we’ve heard in months. This artist has a distinctive sound and it stands out. You can’t get enough of it honestly.
We love what Hotboxx brought to the table today and we’re super excited to hear his next projects. But until that happens, we’ll just have to keep this on repeat. ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Hotboxx is an alias created by Miami Native Hamid Tabibi. He has been a part of the prominent Miami music scene playing venues like “do not sit on the furniture” and opening up for acts like Otto Von Schirach, Trick Daddy, and Fred Everything. This has also led to collaboration work with other great Miami talent such as Flynn Nolan.
