We just discovered this new single, “Home” by Spanish singer-songwriter Eylan, and we can’t get enough of it. It’s a beautiful experience from start to finish and one of the best songs we’ve heard recently. It deserves more attention. Seriously!
This song will take you on a journey and will leave you stuck on constant repeat for days. The instrumental is amazing and the melodies are beautifully catchy. Eylan has one of the richest voices we’ve ever heard and his performance on this record made us have to rewind the song over and over again the first time we heard it. The song’s production is smart, professional and creates a unique atmosphere. Eylan is an experienced artist and has so much talent when it comes to writing songs. Eylan’s music is different and deserves to be heard by all people around the world.
We love what Eylan brought to the table today and we’re super excited to hear what other projects have up his sleeve. But until that happens, we’ll just have to keep this song on repeat. Ángel M. Álvarez, aka Eylan, is an singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who’s no stranger to the Spanish music scene. He’s led various bands including “Akeroa” & “Lo Nunca Dicho, releasing records and touring the country with his bandmates. Now based in Amsterdam and possessing a shed load of material, he’s ready to start his career as a solo artist. Eylan offers up his unique lyrics and voice alongside delicately-crafted melodies and popular elements of indie/folk. He’s inspired by cuts from James Bay, Phoebe Bridgers, Sam Fender and more, a blend he implements in his music. Listeners can look forward to his debut album in 2023, recorded in Madrid and under the production of Jimmy Comamala. He hopes to offer solace with music, and takes pride in his attention to detail.
