Singer-songwriter Marina Ogalla’s debut EP All Alone is a four-song collection that really stands out. From the first track, it’s clear that the production is clean and polished with well-crafted instrumentals that make the listening experience smooth and enjoyable. There’s a unique atmosphere to this EP that feels honest and heartfelt. Marina’s voice is beautiful and catchy and it captures the listener’s attention throughout. Her songwriting is raw and real which makes the songs feel personal and relatable.
One of the biggest strengths of this EP is how the melodies just stick with you. The energy Marina brings to her music feels fresh and the choruses have a way of getting lodged in your mind. You’ll find yourself humming along after just one listen. There’s something about her style that’s powerful and meaningful, making it clear that she’s not just another artist in the crowd, she’s carving out her own path.
One of standout tracks, “Alone” has already become a fan favorite. This song, along with the rest of the EP, feels like an intimate glimpse into Marina’s world. The fact that she drew inspiration from a tough breakup and the experience of moving from her small town in Spain to New York City adds depth to the lyrics and overall feel of the EP. You can sense the isolation and reflection she went through while creating these songs and that vulnerability is what makes this project so relatable.
