Chewy Soliloqui grabbed our attention with their latest EP, “Chew On This” a ride that should be taken over and over again. With seven songs, including an interlude, it is the work of a talented band that also understands how to create music that will be memorable. From the opening track to the final note, this EP keeps listeners captivated.
The production is polished and the instrumentals are rock-solid throughout. From the gritty guitars to the rhythmic punch of the drums, every element comes together to create a unique and captivating atmosphere. The vocals are a standout, delivering melodies that will stay with you long after the EP ends.
Every track from this EP is unique, but the last three tracks, “24 hrs”, “Used” and “Prism” are the best and offer the most perfect experience. Every note feels deliberate and the production highlights the band’s chemistry perfectly. Chewy Soliloqui’s ability to blend grunge, alt-rock, and psychedelic elements makes this record an exciting listen. It’s clear this band poured their heart into the project, and it shows.
We were impressed with every second of this EP. The energy, the craftsmanship, and the passion in these songs are undeniable. Chewy Soliloqui has produced one of the best records we have listened to in the past few months. If this EP is any indication of what is to come from this band then the future is bright for these guys. We will be keeping an eye out for their next release, this is definitely a group to watch!
