We are super excited and proud to bring this new EP, “Cont. Bagg Gauge,” by talented singer-songwriter Levi Taschuk (Cabbaggage). The 3-track project is a great experience from start to finish and falls nothing short of perfection, seriously.
If you’re a fan of Lo-Fi tracks, and acoustic instrumentals, you’re going to flip when you listen to this project and you’ll have it on repeat for days. Cabbaggage is a creative artist and this EP shows some of his best work to date. The atmosphere is unique, the melodies are catchy and the production style is distinctive. The lyrics are original and Levi’s vocal performance is professional, he has one of the richest voices we’ve heard in days. Levi Taschuk has a great passion for his music and his sound really stands out.
We love what Cabbaggage brought to the table today and we’re super excited to hear what other tracks have up his sleeve. But until that happens, we’ll just have to keep this new EP on repeat. ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Cabbaggage is the solo project of experimental singer-songwriter Levi Taschuk. He released a lofi folk EP, ‘Cont. Bagg Gauge,’ in November 2022. He is currently composing and recording a piano album in which each piano song is a character piece depicting main characters from Mervyn Peake’s Gothic Fantasy novels ‘Titus Groan’ and ‘Gormenghast’. He is also recording a more ambient/noise/freak-folk album that draws much inspiration from Theodore Tuckers 2013 album ‘To Make The The Sun Hurt’. Based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
