Briefcase was born in late 2014 when Brian and Jeff, brief co-workers, bonded over a refusal to return a borrowed guitar pedal and an initial jam session that wouldn’t end to the chagrin of his neighbors. Meleck (ex-Steeplejack) brought the boom.
