“As It Was” is the latest single from Canadian pop punk band Clarkson Go and we can’t wait to share it with you. The minute we heard this band’s sound we fell in love with it and couldn’t get it out of our heads. Their music is powerful, different and sets them apart from the crowd.
The energy of this band is incredible and their powerful music will leave you stuck on constant repeat for a long time. They have an amazing passion for their music and this new single is some of their best work to date. The lyrics are original, well written and mesh perfectly with the vocal melodies. The quality of this song is interesting and the production is smart and sounds very professional. The instruments are amazing and the chorus will get stuck in your head in no time. You may find yourself singing out loud by the next morning.

ABOUT THE BAND:
Clarkson Go is a three-piece indie rock band from the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada, composed of very old friends Johnny Lima, Russ Hall, and Mike Chantaj.
The band started in 2002 with then 11-year-olds Johnny Lima, Russ Hall, Daniel Barber, and Mike Chantaj. Over the following several years they performed gigs around the GTA, and recorded several EPs.
After an extended near 10-year hiatus as the members attended post-secondary school, began careers, and moved around the world, three of them reunited to record a new record during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The new six-song EP “Gone” was released May 6, 2022.
