Carmina – Not Sunny

Singer-songwriter Carmina’s debut single, “Not Sunny” brings a refreshing blend of acoustic and indie-pop elements that feels perfect for summer. The song’s simple instrumental beautifully complements Carmina’s pure and captivating voice, drawing listeners into its warm atmosphere. The production is professional, making the song feel polished while maintaining its down-to-earth vibe. Her vocals shine throughout, delivering honest and heartfelt lyrics that will leave you hitting replay over and over again.

The song dives into the emotional complexity of being in a “situationship” where you’re the second choice, comparing yourself to someone else, in this case, Sunny, who is carefree and nonchalant. Carmina explores the difficult feelings of wanting to be valued for who you are, even when someone doesn’t appreciate you. Her storytelling is sincere and the message that people are beautiful in their own way stands out.

Carmina’s voice and songwriting really make this song special. She delivers a personal story in a way that’s relatable and emotionally resonant, yet catchy enough to stay in your head long after it’s over. We can’t wait to hear more from her 🙂
