Album: Naked Sunday – Library of Medication

Naked Sunday’s new album “Library of Medication” feels like a wild and emotional trip through sound and feeling. This four-piece band from Staffordshire clearly put their hearts and souls into this record. From the first moments, you can tell they’re not afraid to mix beauty and chaos in a way that feels nostalgic and fresh.

The opening track, “Library of Medication” immediately sets the tone, it’s calm, dreamy and full of atmosphere. It pulls you into a space where every sound feels intentional. Then comes “Shine” a slow-burner that builds patiently before exploding into something haunting and powerful. The energy completely shifts with “Vilified” which hits hard from the first second. The roaring guitars and heavy drums make it one of the standout tracks here.

“Mother Mary” follows with impressive instrumental work and vocals that fit perfectly within its dramatic tone. “Rise” is deeply emotional and feels almost like an anthem, while “Web Around My Grave” dives into darker territory with fast-paced energy and tight musicianship. “Angels Eyes (When Love Collides)” brings a softer touch, it’s acoustic, tender and beautifully written. The final track, “Hospital Bed” closes everything on a high note with emotional weight and excellent production that stays with you long after it ends.

Throughout the album, the chemistry between the band’s members is amazing. You can feel how connected they are through their sound, every part feels alive and full of purpose. The production is polished, the mixing is clean and the variety from track to track keeps things exciting.

We really loved this record. It’s one of those albums that feels honest and carefully crafted. It shows a band that knows exactly who they are and they pour every bit of that into their music. We’re already waiting for whatever they do next!
