While he’s busy producing new music at the moment, we chatted with him to learn more about ZEHV and what he likes aside from music; this is what he said.
Hello ZEHV, how are you?
I’m great thank you!
Do you have any hobbies or would you like to try a new one?
I love cooking! It’s another fun creative outlet for me.
Do you have a special routine, tradition or habit you follow or do before a live performance?
I have a coffee and then I like to get to clubs 30-60 minutes before I get on to get a feel of the vibe of the crowd and the dancefloor before playing. It really helps me get into the zone!
Where’s your favorite spot to relax?
My couch / my studio
What will undoubtedly always put you in a good mood?
Spending time with my best friends
If you could have a meeting with someone, dead or alive, who would it be and why?
Paul McCartney, because the Beatles were a huge source of inspiration for me and he just seems like a wonderful person.
If you were to start over and have a new career (not music related), what would you do?
Maybe a chef!
How would you describe a perfect weekend?
Depends on my mood really but spending time with friends and family and recharging from the week has been really perfect recently.
Which destination have you always dreamed of visiting?
Hiking through Patagonia has been high on my list of things to do! Also going to Australia!
Finally, which 3 items would you take with you to a desert island?
Hard to produce on a desert island, so I guess I’d bring my guitar, a huge bag of beef jerky, and some sunglasses. I don’t know, haha.
