We can’t wait to share with you this amazing song, “Out Here On Our Own,” by the experienced and professional artist I’ve Tried Sleeping. Upon hearing this song for the first time, we knew it was something different and we needed to share it with you.
The artist has one of the richest voices we’ve ever heard and his performance on this record is on another level. He has impressive vocal abilities and this song shows off all the melodic tones of this stunning voice. The lyrics are so original and the melodies are beautifully catchy. The instruments are incredible and the production is creative, polished and brought this record to a whole new level.
I’ve Tried Sleeping has a great passion and his music is different and sets him apart from the crowd. We really love his style and can’t wait to see where his career will go over the coming months. Check it out for yourself and be sure to let us know what you think. Don’t forget to follow I’ve Tried Sleeping online to stay up to date on any upcoming releases!
ABOUT THE ARTIST:
WELL, HOW DID I GET HERE?
If I had to point fingers of course I’d have to blame Dylan, but I was ripe before his music forever changed my life.
I’ve written a thousand songs, starved, played on the street, played to the crowd, survived band explosions, self-implosions, and have had my heart broken, dreams crushed and soul thinned all over the place chasing that perfection of Mr. Tambourine Man — and I wouldn’t trade a minute of it.
When R.E.M. made the leap from Reckoning to Fables, I followed. Peter Gabriel, James Brown, Paul Simon, Scott Weiland, Bruce Springsteen.
I’VE TRIED SLEEPING
While uploading to Spotify, I learned of five other Charlie Edwards acts out there not hurting anybody. Rather than go Highlander on them, I’VE TRIED SLEEPING was born.
This record is a 10 song whole meant to be listened to in its entirety at loud volume. The songs will take you somewhere if you let them. Hit play on the player at the bottom of the screen and try to make it through the last two, they bottom out.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO
My five-piece BAMF band wants to make more music. You can help us to realize this dream.
