“Runaway is a nostalgic synthpop track with the underlying theme: “the grass isn’t always greener on the other side”. This is a very powerful song for us because it deals with someone who tries to run away from their problems by moving to a new and bigger place but doesn’t realize that you can’t outrun internal conflicts with a change of scenery. The song itself is perhaps just shy of a proper power ballad but it certainly has a soaring chorus that will stick to your frontal lobes and make itself feel at home. This is the bands third single and we feel like we are maturing as songwriters.”
