Dutch artist and composer Andert Tysma grabbed our attention with his third single “Invitation” off of his forthcoming debut album “Children Of Trinoom”. We rarely cover instrumentals, but this really spoke to us and we knew we needed to share it with you. Dutch artist and composer Andert Tysma came from out of the shadows to release his debut album on UK label Apollo/R&S Records (i.a. James Blake, Aphex Twin) in the autumn of 2022. The seasoned musician has toured the world performing as bass and piano player with several established artists like Thomas Azier, Anouk, Benny Sings & BEA1991. On debut album ‘Children Of Trinoom’, Tysma fully immerses himself in a solo offering of breath-taking quality.

Recorded primarily in Atlas Studios on the outskirts of Berlin, and mixed and engineerd by the award-winning producer Robin Hunt (i.a. Stromae, Thomas Azier, Woodkid, Remme, Kovacs), who constructed a unique recording space in a repurposed GDR metal foundry, the seasoned musician brings together eight emotive and tender compositions, showcasing the refreshing neo-classic style that Tysma has made his own.
