Lord Vengeur has released his debut single “Sinful Secrets”, and it’s a strong first step for a project that has only just begun. The track brings dark pop and electronic sounds and dance energy together without losing its amazing melodic hook. There is so much going on here, but the chorus is our favorite part.
The instrumental is well crafted. The sound design is carefully well together with layers that give the track a rich and full sound. The melodies are catchy and they stay in your head after the song ends. Then the chorus comes in and gives everything a lift.
There is a story behind the darker side of the song as well. Lord Vengeur writes about facing the personality he kept hidden and learning that both sides of himself need to exist together. It is a personal idea, but it also connects with the wider message of being yourself without letting other people’s judgement decide who you can be. That gives the track more to work with than just its sound and style.
The production is bold, the lyrics are meaningful and the energy is just amazing. This artist is not easing into this project and that confidence suits the song. There is a lot of care in the way the different parts are brought together, especially the melodies and chorus, which are the bits we keep coming back to.
We’re excited to support Lord Vengeur at the start of this music journey. We really like the energy here and it’s a promising first release. We’re curious to hear where he takes this sound next.
