Piergiorgio Corallo’s debut album “In via di sviluppo” feels like stepping into someone’s world without being told where to walk. The first thing you notice is how real everything sounds. The opener, “Non si vede”, sets the tone right away with great bass and a vocal performance that doesn’t try to hide anything. Even if you don’t speak Italian, his voice pulls you in with its raw emotion.
Then comes “Don’t let it go”, and it hits in a completely different way. It’s honest, almost confessional, supported by a beautiful acoustic guitar and a smart production that lets his voice shine. It’s one of those songs that feels personal even on the first listen.
The album keeps surprising. “My guitar in the Orchestra” jumps into an electronic space, but in a way that blends perfectly with his rock roots. The beat, the atmosphere, the powerful vocals, all mixed in a smart and balanced way. “Ragazzo cibernetico” brings catchy Italian lines you’ll end up repeating without meaning to. “Pandemia” on the other hand, hits with rich instrumentation and a rush of guitars and drums.
Songs like “Serenata”, “Sto perdendo il controllo”, and “Fight Back” build the album’s energy with bright sounds, strong vocals and upbeat production. Then he pauses everything with “I was wrong” a tender and emotional break that still fits the album’s intensity. It’s soft and beautifully delivered.
The electronic edge returns in “My personal rise against the war” carrying weight and purpose, and the final track “Erase her name” closes the record with great guitars, steady drums and one of his richest vocal moments. It feels like a perfect ending, the kind that makes you want to start the album again.
This album has a lot of variety, not in a chaotic way but in a way that shows who Piergiorgio really is: someone who mixes sounds, emotions, and ideas like an artist who paints with music. Nothing feels over-polished. You can hear the real textures, the human parts and that becomes part of the album’s charm.
We really enjoyed how alive this project feels. Every track has its own character, and Piergiorgio’s voice ties everything together. The mix of rock, electronics, and emotional songwriting creates a world that’s easy to get lost in. And honestly, the variety is one of the album’s biggest strengths, it keeps you curious from start to finish.
