Laila Mack is back with her new single “one lane road”, and it feels like a warm letter straight from her heart. Many of you already know her from my blog and you know how much I believe in her. She has that rare gift where her voice doesn’t just sing, it speaks directly to you.
This new track is softer and carried by a simple acoustic guitar that melts perfectly with her gentle delivery. It’s not about big production or flashy sounds, it’s about honesty. Laila wrote this song while reflecting on her journey, her roots and the dreams that push her forward. You can hear that in every note. The stripped-down style makes it even more powerful, because the emotions stand front and center.
Her lyrics feel personal, almost like a journal she decided to share with us. There’s nostalgia, there’s hope, and there’s that quiet moment of standing between home and the unknown future. It’s the kind of song that makes you stop and think about your own road and where it’s leading.
We love this side of Laila because it shows her rawest form—just her voice, her heart, and her story. She is truly one of those artists who makes you feel and that’s why we’ll keep supporting her until the world sees what we already know. Laila Mack is a gem and her time is coming. This single is more than music, it’s her truth, and we’re proud to share it.
ABOUT THE ARTIST:

Hey, I’m Laila Mack. I’m a singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. My battery runs on alternative rock and coffee. I was born in 2004 and grew up in Coatesville, PA, far enough out in the country that I could play my electric guitar as loud as I wanted. My first instrument was the violin, which I started playing when I was 3. I was homeschooled and taught myself everything I know about music. I released my debut self-produced single ‘half past three’ when I was 19. When I’m not in the studio, I enjoy fiction writing, caffeinating, painting, and surfing NJ shores to Cocoa Beach FL!
I just dropped my debut album “reasons” in May 2024. I’m grabbing life by the tuning pegs and always working on something new. I’m recording 10+ new tracks for my second album. I’m loving every second of the process and can’t wait to share my new project with you.
For me, music has always been about connection and knowing that someone is listening to my music makes me smile. Thank you for being there.
