The Lethargics just landed on our radar with their latest single, “Here It Comes Again” and we have to say, it’s a track that really caught our attention. The song hits with sharp drum beats and a strong and polished vocal performance that feels both powerful and natural. The light guitar work blends beautifully with the overall production, giving the song a smooth but emotional vibe.
What really stands out is the voice of the band’s singer, there’s a richness and depth to it that carries the weight of the lyrics. The songwriting here is smart and thoughtful with melodies that stick in your head after just one listen. We actually found ourselves hitting repeat more than once and the song didn’t lose its charm.
The Lethargics aren’t your typical rock band. Their sound pulls from a mix of rock, blues, punk and Americana, you can tell they’re inspired by legends, but they still manage to bring something fresh to the table. “Here It Comes Again” tackles a heavy topic like clinical depression with honesty and heart wrapped in a sound that feels both familiar and unique.
We really enjoyed this single and think The Lethargics are a band worth keeping an eye on. We also gave their track “Meteorite” a listen and really enjoyed its raw energy and standout vibe. Their music is sharp, well-crafted and hits all the right notes.
